Returns and Refunds Policy

At Glowlaa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and manuals.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as skincare, haircare, beauty items, and personal care tools cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.


2. Return Request Timeframe

  • You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at orders@glowlaa.com or call +92 314 8045090 (Mon–Sat, 10AM–6PM).

Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).


3. Return Process

  1. Once your return request is approved, our support team will share the return shipping details.

  2. You may need to send the item back using a reliable courier service.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, card refund, or wallet credit).

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by Glowlaa.


5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to replace it with the correct product (subject to stock availability).


6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or haircare products

  • Health and hygiene-related items

  • Clearance or sale items


7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product to orders@glowlaa.com.


8. Policy Updates

Glowlaa reserves the right to modify or update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
